How do I make the print option available on a form? READ Why below

    How do I make the print option available on a form? READ Why below

    I'm making a form, however, if they hit submit, it's going to redirect them to the home page of the SharePoint site, not to the library as to where the form is filed. How can I make a print view/print option button in the form BEFORE they hit submit? Do I make a separate print view? HELP PLEASE!!!

    Hi shamisty,

    Yes, you can create a separate Print view. If you're just giving users an option to print the form, how about adding a print view button beside the submit and add a rule to switch to the Print view?

    i KNOW i have seen the rule to switch the views but i cannot find it anymore. I'll keep messing with it. but if you or anyone cal tell me where the rule is to switch views i would REALLY appreciate it!
