I have been using infopath for around 3 months now.
Due to mainly being self taught, I have relied a lot on forums such as this to provide answers to my queries. It has not failed me yet, but for this one I am struggling to find an answer, so I thought I'd ask myself.
I have a form that requieres entries from both inside the business and external users. I have published the form to a sharepoint, which enables users within the business to open the form and fill in their section. The form is then set up so that when they submit, it goes to the email address of the external party. The idea is that the external user will fill out their section of the form, click submit and it goes back to the business.
The issue is that the external users cannot open the form as it is trying to access the template that is hosted on a site that they do not have access to. There is not mutual location for both users to access the form either.
I was wondering if there was any way to also have the form template on the users local systems, or if there was any other way to enable them to open and edit the form?
