    Rules

I have a form that calculates a final rating based on input.  If a box is checked I have rules that lower the rating one level.  My problem is when the box is unchecked after the rule runs.  Is there a way to add a button that runs the rules again when a check box value changes?

How about adding a rule that increases the rating one level up? You can add this rule on the checkbox itself but also add a condition to that rule that checks if the checkbox value is not true. You also need to add a condition on your existing rule so that it runs only when checkbox = true.

So, in your checkbox field, you'll have two rules with conditions:

    1. If checkbox = true, lower the rating one level
    2. If checkbox != true, increase the rating one level

    Hope it helps!

I got the rules to run correctly on the form but I have to create another form that will work the same but has a different data connection.  I tried using the first one as a template but got a data connection error.  The button has 20 rules on it. I tried to copy the rules from one form to another but doesn't seem to work.  Is there any way to do that so I don't have to recreate all the rules on the button again?
