I have an InfoPath 2007 form that includes a file attachment control. When users submit the form it is submitted using a data connection :email to [email protected]. Whenever a user submits a form with a file attached the form is sent to my outlook box in the body of the email & I can see the icon for the attached document embedded within the form there. However, I can't open the attachment unless I have my reading pane turned on in outlook & then the attachment from the form appears at the top of the email where any typical email attachment would appear.
My issue is that the forms are submitted to generic email inboxes accessed by various support staff and some of them prefer not to have the reading pane turned on.
Does anyone know of a way to correct this?
