keep getting the following error message when publishing form to a ShrePoint library?

for the last few hours ive been getting this error message when i try to publish the form template:

Infopath cannot save the following item: ---------- This document library was either renamed or deleted, or network problems are preventing the file from being saved. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator

All ive done to the form template is edit it and tried to upload and keep getting this. What could be causing this?

If you edited and uploaded the form template and after that are trying to publish it then you are probably using administrator approved form templates (or, again guessing, sandboxed solution)?

Have you activated administrator approved form after its uploading (or enabled sandboxing) on your Sharepoint server on the Manage Form Templates page in the Central Administration Web site?
