We have 7 Infopath 2007 forms published on our SP site. For example, Personal Reimbursements, New Client Intake, Writeoffs, etc. If a user has , for e.g., a Writeoffs form open, they cannot open any of the others. They get various errors iincluding:
Element '{http://lindquist.com/LindquistDocumentProcess.xsd}WriteOffRequest' is unexpected according to content model of parent element '{http://lindquist.com/LindquistDocumentProcess.xsd}Document'.
Expecting: {http://lindquist.com/LindquistDocumentProcess.xsd}PersonalReimbursement.
Infopath cannot open the following file http://venue/bpiworkflow/wfitems/438847_2012-11-12T10_46_29.xml. The form contains validation errors.
The form was created with a new version of the form template. Infopath cannot find the new version. Do you want to open with the older version.? If say yes, get validation error.
Users can open any number of Writeoffs at the same time, or Client Intake forms at the same time, but not different forms.
Is that just how it is? Or is there something I can do so they can open different forms at the same time?
