PowerShell Script to find all InfoPath forms - Need to know how to use

I've found online two different Powershell scripts to run to locate all infopath forms on your Web Application. I am a novice at PowerShell so not sure what I am doing wrong, but I can't get either to run. I am on my server, running PowerShell as an admin. I copy the script/s to notepad, change the links to point to my site and paste into the open PowerShell window.

One script will generate the CSV file, but the file is empty. http://consultingblogs.emc.com/robertoortega/archive/2011/10/26/list-all-infopath-forms-for-migration.aspx

The other doesn't do anything. http://salaudeen.blogspot.com/2012/09/find-all-infopath-form-libraries.html It mentions near the top v.2007 and I am trying to run on my v.2010 Dev environment. Perhaps there is something there that is preventing it.

Has anyone run a script like this and have any suggestions on how I can get the thing to run. Trying to identify all of the InfoPath forms on my WebApplicaion to edit after our Migration.
