How can i set a form up so the four approvers can receieve email when new form submitted, then once they all approve, it moves to next stage?

At the moment, my browser enabled form works so that someone submits a form and the first approver gets an email asking to give their approval - they open the form & it captures their name and date/time, click approve and this sets an approval message when the next person opens the form - once all four have approved the form is now 'awaiting meeting' so it goes to the hr dept  who have a meeting - then they update form and it goes to last 2 approvers then is complete.

has anyone got any ideas on how i could make the form work so that those first four approvers, before hr, get the email all at the same time and then if all four have approved it goes to hr - so im cutting four steps down to one - so it speeds the proccess up

    thanks for any ideas

    Hi luke20,

For the first part, why not create a user group for the first four approvers (each user added to that group) and use the same submit logic only this time, it submits to a user group?
