Am using Infopath 2010 and trying to connect to SQL data source by creating a data connection in the Infopath form and converting the data connection to UDC file in the Sharepoint library. Then I query the data connection and can get the data from the database with a filter on the field and see it in the preview with no issues in the Infopath client but not in the browser. My Infopath form is browser-enabled and hence the data I would like to see is in the browser but not in the client. There is no error whatsoever when I try to create a new document from the Form Library but the data is not just shown. Have tweaked and followed this post http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/10213.aspx in order to get this work.
So I created Secure store application id and referenced it in the UDC file but I keep getting the "unkown user name or bad password. Log ID 5566" error when I try to create a new form from the Form Library. Made sure the user configured in the SSS is authenticated in the SQL database but still same error.
Configured the Infopath Form Services to enable all settings and also the Secure Store Service but still cannot see this working.
Am really stuck with this issue for the past few days and not able to figure out the wierd behaviour of the Form working in the client and not in the Browser.
Any help in this regards would be greatly appreciated.
