InfoPath Dev

I want to attach or insert a word document into an InfoPath form (becomes part of the form).  This word document may be used by the form submitter to print labels if needed.  Is there a way to attach this document permanently so it is available every time a new form is opened? 

So you mean you have a pre-made word document that you would like users to be able to open and use in Word?

If so, you can simply add a File Attachment control, and in the control's properties, use the Specify default file: option to specify that file.
