InfoPath Dev

Hey All, I do not know much about code.  I have a repeating table from a sharepoint list with checkboxes but I need the checkbox to stay in the form once the form is posted to sharepoint so when a task is completed we can go back in the form to check the box.  The problem is that when I go back in the form the checks are no longering showing.  I hope I explained this correctly.  Thanks for the help.

If the repeating table and checkboxes come from a secondary data source, the data is not saved with the XML. That is, only the main data source is stored, and not the secondary data sources.

If you need to submit data, it will need to exist in the main data source.

Thanks for the reply..  Is there a way to just pass the checkboxes to the main data source and keep the first name and last name in the secondary data source?

these two columns (first / last name) change quite often so I need to pull from the sharepoint roster but I need the checkboxes to stay checked when they open the infopath form to check the box when the task is completed.  I am not sure this can be done, I look all over the internet.  Thanks again.

Auto populates the 2 textboxes below and the 2 below will post to sharepoint for the boss to see the total # that completed the task.

Total # Assigned  and Total # Completed
