Hi
I have a form published to a sharepoint library and the form goes through the workflow untill FormState is complete. When it is complete it moves to another library where the forms are stored for filing and accessed from here if they are needed in the future.
I want to be able to email the person who completed the form (the applicant) once the form is complete/ approved with a link to the form so they have a copy but in the workflow for the complete library how would i get the field from the the form to be able email the person who completed the form originally?
If i email the user with a link to the form before it moves library, when you open the form from the email it comes up with an error because the form has moved. I just want to be able to return a form to the applicant once its complete and in the complete library.
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can do this? Thankyou.
