    HELP!

I copied the form from my desktop into a folder (to tidy my desktop) and deleted the original form from my desktop, since doing so I can't open my document and it gives me the error which is the subject of this thread. I am the global administrator of our sharepoint site so there is no permission issues here.

    Here's what I've tried:

Opening the form in form settings on the sharepoint list it was published to - It says 'InfoPath does not support customizing the form used for this list.'

Reinstating the form from my recycle bin - does not work, gives the same error message

And the following things also did not work: Deleting temporary internet files, adjusting browser security settings for cross domain data, script and the domain is approved.

I'm at a total loss, and the form in question took a lot of blood sweat at tears developing; any help and assistance you could offer me would be greatly appreciated.

    Kindest regards

    Sam.

Right click the template and select design, this will open it in design mode. From there, you can save it locally, and republish.

You bet - I hate that heart sinking moment when a template won't open. :-)
