Hi,

I am using qrules in infopathform to submit items into list it's working fine.

My scenario is: using formlibrary i have to save value one documnetlibrary and 3 lists.

now i am able to save values in lists.                     

how to attach document in Document Library using qRules.

You'll probably want to use SaveToSharePoint to save your file to document library. If you want to attach the document to a list item instead, you can do that as part of submitting your items to the list - here's a blog post on that for qRules 4.2
