Browser Based Infopath 2010 Form with Secondary Connection Re-posting

I am creating an infopath 2010 form based off of a Sharepoint 2010 list. Within that form, I have a section that is hidden unless a combo box equals a certain value.  Within the hidden section is a table that contains extra data elements.  One of these items is another combo box that I have pulling data from a secondary data source (sharepoint) and filtering to unique values.  Under that control, is a check list box that has another secondary connection (to the same list as the previous combo box) and pulls down values that are filtered based on the combo box selection.  This all works fine while previewing within InfoPath, however when I view it in the browser it seems that once the hidden section is visible, any time there is a change to any field in the entire form... the form re-posts and moves back to the top of the form.  When the section is hidden, this behavior doesn't occur.  I have moved (as a test) the two controls that pull from the secondary data source out of the section and onto the main table of the form, and the behavior is still present.  I think it has something to do with the secondary data connections, and auto-refreshing the data whenever any field on the form has changed.  Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?

Typically since you are using filtering a postback is required to refresh the data inside the combo box.  In some cases if you have "complex" logic, then the form will require a full page postback and may bring the focus back to the top of the page.  What I would recomment is to try and simplify the logic down as much as you can.  Try only disabling the controls instead of hiding them.  Or put the controls on a separate view. Perhaps you can try querying the data instead of filtering.
