Submitting Infopath data using Outlook 2010 in Offline Mode

I have an Infopath 2010 form that users submit via e-mail, but they can only press the 'Submit' button if they are connected to the internet. Is there a way to change it so that the form information can be stored in offline mode until such time as they are able to connect to the internet? Then it should send automatically.

    Thanks!

Anyone got any ideas? Possibly using an Access database for storage?

What about allowing them to save the XML locally and then re-open and submit once they are connected? Or is "send automatically" a requirement?
