I have worked through the walkthrough 'Building Sharepoint Applications with Infopath 2010' (

Now I am trying to emulate this in my real-life application but when I try to Associate To Content Type I find there is nothing to associate to. Can anyone point me to some step in the process that I may be missing? I have tried and retried to faithfully reproduce the steps in the walkthrough wrt my own application but no success.
