Selectable condition for location saved on sharepoint

Where I work we have a form for employees that are requesting transfers to different positions within the company, we have two sites that use different human resources sections on sharepoint. We want to keep ours and theirs seperate but since we allow transfers between sites we have run in to a very interesting prediciment, the previously made form only saves to one site, what we would like is to have a radio button that specifies which site/s to save the form to.

Also, I am completely new to Infopath.

You'll need to set up a separate submit data connection for each site/library you want to submit the form to.  You can have 2 submit buttons that submit to each of the different sites. Then the radio button will control which button to display via rules.

I actually figured this out, you can have a rule in only one submit button that reads a radio buttons status and then submits to one or more libraries depending on the selection of the radio button.
