From New Form - Count Existing Records; then Display Links to Existing Records

    Hello,

     Sharepoint/InfoPath 2010

I have two fields in our ContactLog list/form, CustomerID and CustomerEmail.

    1. Upon entering CustomerID (and similarely for CustomerEmail) I'd like to get a count of records that already exist in the list (ContactLog).

    2. And I'd like to employ a button that, if the above count(s) are greater than 0 shows up (that I think I can do :-) ), and after clicking the button it shows a list of said records, with the auto-assigned record ID, and the DateCreated. The ID (or date) should be a link to each record, allowing the user to open that record form in a new window, sorting new to old would be preferred.

I'd appreciate some guidance in achieve the two asks.

    Thank you,

    Stefan
