    Connecting Forms to Access Database

I'm a total newbie at both Access & Infopath and have a really simple objective that I'm failing quite miserably at. My goal is to create a log file for members of my organization whereby they can log events that occur via a form and submit that form to a database. I created the database and it has two tables: 1. Employee. 2. Log Entry. The tables are related by Employee ID #. I've set up the proper connections to Infopath, but encounter "empty row" errors and other problems when trying to submit a form to the database. I'm really at a loss, been watching demos, reading MS how-to's, and nothing is proving helpful... Does anyone know of a set of downloadable database and infopath files that I can tweak since I can't seem to create them on my own? Thanks -Desperate p.s. (Sorry for formatting errors in this post that make it difficult to read. I had separated things quite nicely in the composer, but it jumbled everything together when I posted this.)

Without a doubt, the best tags I've ever seen.

So - I don't know of a sample database and form, so let's try to fix yours instead - sound like a plan?

Can you give me more detail on the messages you are getting? I'm also going to send you an email via the forum - so you can send me a zip with your DB and form. That way I can see what's really going wrong.

Just wanted to update with the zip you and I exchanged - in case someone else comes across this post looking for a sample, the attached zip has a sample Access DB with an IP form bound to it. It has one table it submits to, and another it uses for some lookup info.
