I have a drop down box that references a sharepoint list to pull a list of employee names. In conjunction with the name, the list also contains their email address. When I select their name from the drop down list, I want their name to populate into the email address field.

If you have the drop down list pulling data from the list already then this should be easy. Simply set up a rule in your drop down box. The condition should be that the drop down equals the name heading from your data source. Next set up your action, have it set to "Set a field's value" and set the field to the one you want the email to go to. Next click on "Insert Field or Group" and go the "Data source" drop down at the top and select the appropriate data source. Then pick out the right heading that contains the email addresses and you should be good to go.
