" An error occurred querying a data source. Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors. Hide error details An error occurred while trying to connect to a Web service. An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server. Log ID:5566 Correlation ID:ce269af1-f9f5-4ee3-9b02-4eb60f95d92c "

    Hi Shailesh-

Would your SharePoint administrator be able to help? You can ask him or her to check the SharePoint logs and search for ce269af1-f9f5-4ee3-9b02-4eb60f95d92c. This correlation ID will give you a better error message and give you more detail on why the form is failing to load.

The other thing to check is Design Checker, to see if there are any warnings or errors about browser compatibility.

Let us know how the investigation goes. Good luck!

     Hi Dude,

Thanks a lot for the information you had given, i had checked with that correlation ID but very dificult to find what exactly the error is, even i had checked on the design checker too, i had get 3 warnings and i dont think so that warnings are making problem on the browser.

the warnings what i am getting are as below::

    1. Printing Header is not supported

    2. Unsupported HTML [Margin-Left style]

    3. Unsupported HTML [Margin-top style]

Please help me out in this as i am strugling from past couple of weeks.

    Cheers

    Shailesh

    Hi-

Without seeing the form I'm not sure what these warnings mean, but yes, I have experienced warnings that stop the form from being browser-compatible. You'll have to individually address these warnings to ensure browser compatibility.

    Hi again,

Thanks for posting the question in the other forum thread. This will allow anyone in the community to read and respond.

We try to respond to all or most questions in the forum, but sometimes it proves impossible to solve every question due to the complexity of the issue. In other words, sometimes the problem is more complex than what can be addressed in a forum conversation. Sometimes a live debug session is needed, and sometimes a developer must look at the form to identify the problem, but this service is not free.
