Is the user opening the email in the mobile client, or the form? An InfoPath form that has been created by using a database cannot be browser enabled. From Microsoft's site:
Forms that are based on this form template must be filled out by using Microsoft Office InfoPath. If the form will be filled out by using a Web browser, the form cannot submit data to a database directly. To configure a browser-compatible form template to submit data to a database, use a data connection that submits data to a Web service that works with the database.
You can create your own web service, or you can use a third party tool, such as Qdabra's DBXL.
As far as sending the email:
One recommendation is to create two sections: one for filling out the
form and one for sending email. These two sections are controlled by
the value of a boolean field. The boolean field is FALSE by default.
When the user clicks submit, the boolean field is changed to TRUE. The
filling out section is shown by default but hidden when the boolean
field = TRUE. The emailing section is hidden by default but shown when
the boolean field = FALSE. Result: this allows you to have two
sections with different designs in your form. One gets used for filling
out, and the other is sent out in email. Each section can be customized as needed.
Hope this helps!
