    Email addresses don't show in form in inbox email after submission. Text box information is there though.

     The form.xml attachment has the addresses populated but the form in the email  that it was sent to are blank in the body when it is received.

     I'm having a little trouble understanding this - can you post a reply and add a screenshot under the Options tab?
