Need help in list data connection in infopath

Hi all, I have a custom list with Field A, Field B, Field C etc, its having more than one values. Then in infopath i have created list data connection to get the data from sharepoint list. I want to display all the sharepoint custom list value in corresponding infopath form, how can i do this? I am thinking of creating repeating table and create corresponding field in repeating table then select the values from secondary data connection and display. is it correct? in this how can query or search all the value from particular field inside repeating table, for example: if txtInsideRepeatingTableItem(text field in repeating table)="Item1" will above condition query or check for all the values from txtInsideRepeatingTableItem(text field in repeating table) or will check the first value from that field? If not(doesnot check all the values) how can I achieve this??? Please help...your help is appreciated.

    HI there,

Create your data connection to the list and you can probably set it to query on load.  Then insert the repeating node in the 2ndary data source as repeating table.  This should show all of the data from the list.

To do the search you are talking about, I would recommend using filters.  Add a text field, and then go to the properties of the repeating control and filter data.  You need to create a filter that looks like if searchField = listColumn and that should only display the rows which match the filter.  Alternatively, you can optimize for performance by using queryFields as well.  In the 2ndary DC, expand queryFields to see all of the fields in that folder.  You can set one of these fields and then query the connection which will then retrieve all the items that match the data you entered.

Hopefully one of those solutions will help guide you to what you need.
