Promoted InfoPath fields on a Shared Mailbox

Hi, we route a document created in InfoPath 2007 as an email attachment and then send it to a central mailbox. This mailbox is added to more than 2 users outlook as an additional mailbox. We can see the promoted fields in central Mailbox "InfoPath forms" folder but the same folder when viewed from the users Outlook, the promoted fields are empty.  What needs to be done, so that the promoted fields appear in the "InfoPath forms" folder. Thanks in advance/.

    Hi EdwinSam98 and welcome,

Have you tried asking your two users to create a special InfoPath folder in Outlook and associating the XSN for your form template to it?

    Hope that helps,

    P

Thank you Patrick for the reply. Yes I certainly did test that as well. But the issue is that I do not get the chance to associate the form as I do not  get the Option to Select the form when the mailbox is added as an additional mailbox. Normally when you right click the folder you have the Option to "Promote Form Properties" and then we have the "InfoPath forms" Tab and there we can select the Form and also we have the checkbox that reads "Promote form properties and display the data as columns....". But this option (to select the form) and the checkbox is not available when the mailbox is added as an additional mailbox.

Is Outlook the same version as InfoPath? I.e. Outlook 2007 must be used with InfoPath 2007.
