How do I disable Cut/Copy/Paste in shortcut menu?

I have a repeating table control on my InfoPath form.  When I run the form, a shortcut menu appears next to the current row in the repeating table.  I was able to disable the insert, remove, etc from this shortcut menu, but I don't see a way to disable the cut/copy/paste options.  Is there a way to do this?

I'm not aware of a way to disable these specific commands.  But if you aren't allowing the user to insert/remove rows, you can just uncheck Allow users to insert and delete rows in the properties.  This will disable the shortcut menu altogether.

Ok, thanks.  Then is there a way to trap the Cut action so that I can perform some type of custom logic?

Not out of the box.  You'll have to write custom code in order to do that.
