    Calculated Value of an item in a repeating table inside of a repeating section

    I have a repeating section in which I'd like to show a reference to a value that is in row one of the repeating table in the section. I can do a calculated value that uses "position()" and it successfully identifies the correct value of the section. However, if I use the following

    /my:myFields/my:PrintSec/my:PrintSection[position()]/my:StudentGrades[1]/my:StudentFullName

    then the result that I get in each section is the first row value of the first section in each section.

    Hi, welcome.

    The section you are putting the calculated value in is bound to PrintSection? You should be able to use a relative path:

    my:StudentGrades[1]/my:StudentFullName

    Have you tried that?
