Create a Summary with links to places in form

I am not sure this is even possible, but I heard it was.

Here is my issue, I have status form where managers report on their projects with details on the projects.  There are 4 managers with multiple projects which makes our supervisor have to scroll down to see everything.  He challenged me to create a summary where he can get a snapshot without have to scroll through everything then create a link to the project that he may want to drill-down on.  I have created a summary which works well, my problem is I cannot create the link.  I have a hyperlink on the project name, but I can't figure out how to get it to point to the specific project on the form.

Any help you can give me I would greatly appreciate.

Thanks, this was the route I was already taking, but I am not a JScript developer...come to think of if I am not a developer at all.  I have some VBScripting knowledge which is why I was trying VB and have been getting close but no cigar.  Thanks again.
