    Infopath 2010

Good morning all, I've just come across Infopath 2010. I've been trying to learn PHP but this seems like the ideal solution for my requirement. I spend a lot of time out and about and use an iPad to take notes but I'd like to build dynamic forms for data entry. Is it possible that the form can create sub sections or questions based on the user imput? For example If the answer is yes to Q1, then Q1.1, 1.2, 1.3 would show but if the answer was no then the user would go to Q2 and so on. Rigout

Yes, certainly.  One of InfoPath's fundamental features is hiding and showing sections based on fields' values.  This can be accessed via the sections' formatting rules in InfoPath 2010.

Yes. The "sub" questions could be placed in a section that remains hidden until the value of Q1 meets the criteria to have it show. Q1 = no ("0", "FALSE" etc.) section is hidden. Q1 = yes ("1", "TRUE" etc.) section is displayed.
