Repeating table --- Using EVAL and concat

    Hello,

I know that I can concatenating fields in a repeating table with the double eval in the following way:

    eval(eval(<RepeatingGroup>; 'concat(my:Fieldtogroup, ";")'); "..")

But I dont´t know if it is possible that I can do this with filtering on another column in the repeating table.

For example: I have a column called region in my repeating table and I only want to concatenate the values in my:Fieldtogroup if the value in my 'filter column' is for example 'Region A'.

    Is this possible?

Thanky you very much for any help.

    Regards,

    Karsten

    Hello,

...well --- sometimes it´s easy enough ... just read a few threads in this fantastic forum :-))

Thanks to Jimmy at this point and his amazing example in the following thread:

    http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/14996/58904.aspx

    The solution looks like:

    eval(eval(my:RepeatingGroup[my:Columnwithcriteria = "criteria"], 'concat(my:Fieldtogroup, ";")'), "..")

    Regards,

    Karsten
