I think the best solution is to use a database. If that is not an option which it wasn't for me; I built both forms in one. All of the controls that are not used in one form or the other are in sections that can be hidden or shown depending on which form I want use. Then if you save it the next time you need that same common info just reopen, make your changes then save as a new document.
