email hyperlink for browser infopath form for 2010 vs. 2007

I have sharepoint designer 2010.  in the past with SPD 2007, i could setup a hyperlink in a sharepoint workflow to open up the form.  Now with SPD 2010, i seem to get a error message of: can't load form.....

SPD 2010 is pretty awesome but you have to do things a little different.   I used the string builder to build this link:

    http://wssdas.intranet.dow.com/rsga/qau/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XmlLocation=[%CurrentItem:Encoded Absolute URL%]&Source=http%3A%2F%2Fwssdas%2Eintranet%2Edow%2Ecom%2Frsga%2Fqau%2FTEST%2520Database%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx&DefaultItemOpen=1

technically this is the exact same link i setup in SPD 2007 which is why i am confused as to why it does not open now.  With 2010 is it different now?

May have a solution…. Instead of using the Encoded Absolute URL, use the Server Relative URL.    Been running into all sorts of issues with SPD 2010 workflows which previously used the Encoded and   Switched it and they seem to be working okay now…….
