Hello,
I'm not sure if anyone would be able to help me with this or not, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
I am currently running InfoPath 2007 on a SharePoint 2007 server. All of our InfoPath forms are created through my computer but the templates are saved on the server once the forms are published. When I open and use an InfoPath form from SharePoint on my computer they open quickly and with no problems. However, when a few of my coworkers open the same form it can take sometimes up to 2-3minutes to open the same form that only took me a matter of seconds. When this occurs a box saying connecting to server pops up as well, which is also something that I've probably only ever seen once when I load forms on my computer. If they open the form in the browser it seems to help with this issue, however only half of our forms are browser enabled. We have tried updating those with this issue to Internet Explorer 8 (which is what I'm running) and I have even crossed checked my internet settings compared to those computers. I'm finding nothing that is standing out to explain why the forms are running so well on some computers and so terribly on other computers. For some this issue is even occurring when trying to submit the form, the form will say connecting to server for 2-3minutes before it says submitted successfully and closes.
I am fairly new to InfoPath and SharePoint, and would appreciate any ideas or help with this matter.
Thank You!
