    Automatically get number of rows

    Hi,

Can we achieve something like - We have an infopath form which has a text box and a repeating table(or standard table??). What i want to achive is when we enter say 5 in the text box five rows should be displayed in the table, if i enter 10 then 10 rows must be displayed. I do not write much codes...So can someone point me to a right resource or help me with this? btw- i want to again save all this in a sharepoint list.

    Thanks much in advance.

    Hello sharepoint123,

... and welcome to our forum.

Do you want to add 5 or even 10 empty rows to the repeating table or are the rows filled with data and you want to hide some rows. If you want to show only a few rows of the whole already filled repeating table then we talk about paging of a repeating table. This is best described including a working example here:

     Hello Karsten,

Thanks for the response. What i am trying to achieve is have empty rows in the table. if user puts 5 in the text box control then five empty rows must be displayed in the table.. User will fill in necessary data in those rows.

    Thank you in advance.
