importing Data from 1 form to another form in infopath that will calculate the numerical amount

I am trying to find away that I can automatically calculate the numbers from one infopath form that is already built, to another form that will also calculate the data that is imput into that form but imported automatically and each day a new line is created on the new form.

I have count counts that I had entered and I want those counts to somehow output to another form and also be calculated, but here is the humdinger, the forms that I have sometimes have a different conference room like A1 A2 B1 B3 etc,

In excel it would look like this

If X = B then output B and the number  ( B###) Now I am not sure that is possible in infopath..

So I hope that is enough info if not let me know..

Sounds like you are trying to do quite a few different things.

First, I'll say - with code, all things are possible - well, most things at least. And if you can't write code (or don't want the cost of maintaining custom code), qRules can help you.

So - you want data imported automatically from Form A into Form B. If Form A has these fields promoted to a SharePoint library (assuming that it submits to a SharePoint library, and that the data you want to import is not repeating). Will all data come from the same XML? Or will there be multiple XML to choose from? If just one XML, you can simply create a data connection to that XML (as long as it is located someplace everyone who uses the form has access).

"Each day a new line is created on the form" - that is kind of tricky, right? You'd have to know when the form was opened if the new line had been created or not. But if you had a date field in the repeating group, and set it to today when the row was added, you could probably use that... again, though, you'd need qRules (or custom code) to add the new row - nothing in IP to do this for you (no "Add row" rule).
