I am not a software developer by profession. However I have managed to build up a 'Sales Invoice' Form recently with the help of your blogs/forums.I have used Javascript in my Form and it uses MainData Source only. The Structure of the Form as follows :-
1) at first there is a Repearing Section which contains a page break with conditional formattig : count(../my:group1/my:RepeatingTable) <= 20, Hide this control.
2) Next I placed my Repeating Table - 'Item Name', 'Rate', 'Qty' & 'Amount'. I have set minOccurrence of Repeating Table Rows to 20 in view1.xml. Then I have changed all default <tbody> tags in view1.xml to <thead> <tbody> <tfoot> tags so that Header & Footer appears in every page. My all controls are lying within Repeating Table.
The Problem begins with Footer.I have several rows in Footer - 1st row conatins Text Control- Sum of "Amount' field ,
2nd row just contains a "Button", when clicked by user, a new page with another block of 20 blank rows will be inserted which I have cloned from sampledata.
3rd Row contains Text Controls- 'Tax Head' & 'Tax Amount'.
4th Row contains Text Control- 'Grand Total' i.e. Amount+Tax Amount
Last row contains Text Control- some fixed text to appear,i.e. company name, authorized signatory etc.
The problem is that if the invoice spreads accross multiple pages, '1st, 3rd & 4th rows' in Footer appears on every page. But it should appear only at last page. I applied some conditional formatting. In that case either those items appear in all pages or hidden on all pages.
I want '1st,3rd & 4th rows' in Footer will appear at last page only but 'Last Row' of Footer will appear on every page as usual. How to do that?
Please give me the solution in detail.
