I have been saving my completed infopath forms (.xml) to a SharePoint 2007 forms library. I published a new template (.xsn) with a new field. However, the existing forms do not have the new forms in their .xml files until I open them and close them. This is tedious for a large number of forms. The issue is that I want to update certain fields in a Sharepoint datasheet view and I can't do that until the xml for the form has been updated to include the new field. Any help would be appreciated.
