extracting checked values from multiple select list boxes to print view form

    hi,

I have a form with multiple select listbox.   What i would like to do is on my Print View form, i do not want to show the entire listbox, I only want to show the checked items, one right after the other, or one per line.    do i need to do this in a text box on the print view?  and what would the formula/function look like?

I can't quite figure this out.  any assistance would be appreciated.

     thank you.

Don't use a multiple select listbox. Use a repeating table with a checkbox in it. Then, you can use the checked state in the checkbox to conditionally show just hte ones you want on your print view.
