    Locking fields after submitting

We just moved from MOSS 2007 to Sharepoint 2010, but it was a clean install not an upgrade.  I also rebuilt a form in 2010 that I built originally in 2007 years earlier.

My issue with the new form is that at the top of the form I have a few text boxes that pre-render from a Sharepoint Web Service (Name, Title, Department, etc).  Everything works fine, and the form submits as it should.  However, when someone else (besides the creator of the form) opens the form it pre-renders those fields again with their information rather than showing the information of the original creator.  I have hidden fields that are based off of the "Associate Title" text box so if the title changes when someone else opens it, then they will not see that hidden field.

I had this setup in the 2007 environment where it locked those fields as the person who submitted the form, and I've been through every Sharepoint and Infopath setting I can think of to figure out what the difference is in the new version.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions.

    Re: Locking fields after submitting

I think I fixed it by unchecking "refresh value when formula is recalculated".

Which is weird, because that was on for the forms in MOSS 2007.  Something must have changed.
