How another developer can edit my template

I'm having much trouble trying to have another developer edit a form.  I saved and published a form on my computer to a SharePoint document library.  I then sent the XSN file to another developer who was going to make some changes to the template file and publish it to her SharePoint document library.  However, she receives various errors when trying to publish or even add a field to the form as InfoPath 2010 is pointing to my directory for the C# vbproj file.  I sent her the VBPROJ file and changed the path under Advanced Form Options --> Programming, but still no luck.

What is the easiest way and steps to send someone else my template so that he/she can edit and publish without a problem.  I do have some rules around fields, if that helps.  Do I need to send her ALL the files and folders in my "InfoPath Projects" directory?  Do any of those files need to be modified to work on her computer?  Are there any pointers that I need to change in my files so that they'll work on her computer?

I'm so confused. Please help this newbie  :-)

Could you place the form and associated files in a shared folder?
