Hi, how would I go about submitting only the items in a repeating section where approval = Yes (boolean) using qRules SubmitToSharePoint?

You can manually modify the XPath for the repeating group in the mapping.xml. Change this:

<my:RepeatingGroup>my:myFieldsmy:group1/my:inventory_items/my:item</my:RepeatingGroup>

To this:

<my:RepeatingGroup>my:myFieldsmy:group1/my:inventory_items/my:item[my:approval='true']</my:RepeatingGroup>

Assuming your field is named "approval".... and I see that you say the value is "Yes" but it is boolean, which confuses me -- if your form saves yes or no in the XML, you'll need to use 'yes' instead of true.

Thanks Hilary, works great but when I add the "id" attribute to the SubmitToSharePointList command gives a "Failed to select node for SharePoint List Id" error and doesn't work. Once I remove the "id" attribute it submits well and only submits the approved items.

Euw. I don't think I'll have time to look at this today, but I'll check it out early next week and see what is going on and get you a work around ....
