Hi,

 Accidentally some user has deleted the Form Templates library from a site. Now it seems impossible to install a browser enabled form anymore.

If I try to create a library called FormServerTemplates, then the url is site\FormServerTemplates1. Appearantly underwater the library FormServerTemplates still exists, but the Form Templates library is missing. Also deactivating and activating the enterprise feature does not resolve the problem.

Does anyone know a way to recover the Form Templates folder when it was deleted?

Can you verify seleted library in the sharepoint Recycle bin.

Unfortunately it is not in the recycle bin anymore. Evenmore, I have created a test site to reproduce the problem. When I delete the Form Templates list, and try to restore it from the recycle bin, I get the message that it already exists.
