I'm coming to you out of extreme frustration. I have scoured the forums for an answer and although I have found a ton of help I cannot get my form to auto populate a repeating table from a dropdown box outside of that table.
Let me start by giving you an overview of what i'm trying to do. I'm creating an orderform that our IT Managers in different locations can use to request hardware, softwares, and peripherals to send via e-mail to our purchasing manager. I have a sharepoint list with all of our standard hardware with additional fields I wish to have them fill out manually. I have this setup like the below. Fields denoted to be filled out by user are blank so I can use them in my form.
Item Type Item Name Description of need CDW Part Number MFG Part Number Ship To Bill To Project Number Estimated Cost

I wish to have the Item Type, Item Name, CDW Part Number, MFG Part Number, and Estimated Cost Text Boxes auto populate when the drop down item is selected and allow for the user to input the other text box fields.
I have tried Rules, Filters, Buttons and alot of other tips brought forth on this forum and I have had no luck.
I am seeking the guidance of all of you InfoPath to Sharepoint brains to help me accomplish what I'm unable to.
Any help is GREATLY Appreciated.
