InfoPath 2010 managed code not executing in SharePoint Form Web Part...

Hi, I'm doing some prototyping on how I can develop connected infopath forms that utilize various features of infopath including managed C# code. I've created two forms: 1. Retrieves a list of customers from a LOB System via a BCS External Content type and populates a repeating table; allowing the user to click a Radio Button in order to select a row. I have C# code behind the form to clear the previously selected radio button so the selections are mutually exclusive. The code also writes the customer ID from the selected row to a text box; for testing purposes... 2. The second infopath form simply displays the Customer ID passed to it Confession: I realize the radio button functionality can be implemented without code but I'm a developer and at this point more comfortable with code than XPath... I hope to improve my ability to develop codeless solutions over time. Anyway, when I run the managed code in debug mode or "Preview" the form in InfoPath, everything works fine. I can select single rows and each time the customer ID is successfully transferred to my text box. Once I publish the forms to SharePoint and connect them on a site page, it seems the C# code is not executed... this is because I'm able to select multiple rows in the repeating table and the customer ID is not written to my text box. Has anyone experienced something similar before? Is there any additional configuration I must do in SharePoint to enable managed code execution? NOTE: The first form (with managed code) is published as an administrator-approved form while the second (without managed code) is published as a sandbox solution. It doesn't seem there are any publishing issues. PS: Before developing the form with a repeating table I tried using a Business Data List but couldn't connect it so that a selected row value could be sent to the InfoPath Form Web Part. Any help is much appreciated!!!
    Thanks,
    K!
