Hi I am stuck on the design of a new form, I have mutiple questions that I asked a site to complete and if they answer no to any of the questions I want to automatically generate an action for them to complete in order to fix the issue. My probelm is that I want to do this in a repeating table. SO I have a hazard Group set up callected "Electricity" and that has 5 specific controls that I want to have in place or 5 fields, each of these fields is set up as a list box with 3 preset condition {n/a, in place and not in place} if the control is not in palce it returns a value of 1. Based on the control not being in place I want to generate a specific action in a repeating table for that control and so on for the next control etc. I have trie dvarious methods but I can not get teh repeating table to repeat any action bar for teh first input of not in place ie it does not automatically creat a new row for the next action to populate. Any help or advise most appreciated..........
