Hello. I got a Form that works fine, but there is one user that receives emails with the Form that sees symbols instead of checkboxes (pens, phones, glasses)... I already check the Outlook settings (from the sender and receiver) and doesn't seem there is a uncheck option or so... and there is only one users with this problem, so, no idea of what the problem would be... any thoughts? Thanks.
