I am creating a query form connected to Access db. There are 3 query fields in my form e.g. Year, Program, Period - all are numeric values and last two have different display names. I can only select one or all values of each field. Say for example, Period has got 2 values - 1 for Semi Annual and 2 for Annual. In my query, if I select neither of the value then it gives all or I can select one of those values. So far, there are 10 year data in my database since 2001. In my query, I can indicate only one year in a single query or if I do not select it at all it gives all year values from the database.
I want to take more control of my query fields. I mean I want to select year values 2001 to 2004 or discrete values e.g. 2001, 2003, 2005.
Is there any way to do this?
