Please Help :) Visual Formatting Issue

I want to format my template so that when a form is filled out it could look like this:

     SURGERIES: lasdjfla;sdjflaksjdfl;ajsd;flkjasd;lfkjas;ldfkjal;skdjfl;askdjflaksjdflkajsdfl;jkasdl;fkjasld;kfjlaskdjfl;ajsdfl;kjasdl;fkja;sldkfj;alskdjf

    a;alsdjkfl;asjkdfl;ajsdfl;jasdl;fjasl;djkfl;asdjfl;akjsdfl;jasdl;fjkasl;dkjfl;askdjf;laksjdf;lajksd;flkjasd;flkjasl;dkfj;alsdkjf;lasdkjf;lkasdjfl;asdjfl;kasjdlfk

    alsdjf;lasjdflkasdjlfkjaslkdjflkasdjlf

Where the the SURGERIES is always there on the form and not editable, and the when the user fills out the form the text will wrap and be below SURGERIES.

Thank You for your help :)

    Hi Paul,

Do you you want Surgeries to be part of the text that they enter?

I would do something like in the attached sample template.  If you want Surgeries to be part of the text that they enter this will be a bit tougher to do.  You could create a print view that contains that but for the data entry view it won't wrap because you don't have the fine grained control of the UI to do that.

Ted, Surgeries would be the concrete text that they wouldn't enter. But I need the text they type to wrap underneath the word surgeries instead of being justified right of surgeries. Is there any way to do that?

Hi, the only way I know of doing this would be to have a special print view or read only view of the form.  The users would enter the text as normal in the form and then you have some expression boxes that would concactenate Surgeries, along with the text they entered.

See the attached modified sample.  You can't choose to bold just the Surgeries text (as far as I know).  This should give you an idea of what I was talking about.
