Dear all,
I was able to finalize my first infopath form with success!
As I had to use VBA code in order for some functions to work, I needed to store the template onto a Sharepoint server. (Due to the code I couldn't publish it as 'To a list of e-mail recipients')
Though, our sharepoint server is an internal intranet-website with as result that outsiders cannot open this form...
When I had a look at the form options, I saw there was this possibility (checkbox) to send the form data and form template together as an e-mail attachment.
In order to tick this checkbox, I had to change the 'Security and Trust' to 'Restricted' instead of the standard 'Domain'.
Once this checkbox was ticked, I was able to update the 'Email Attachments' properties to have it send the form data and the form template.Though, now I uploaded my adapted form, but now I am unable to open this form myself?
Can anyone help me, how I can make sure people can receive and open the form correct (in their mailbox) without having to access our intranet?
When they submit the form, they don't have to have access to our intranet as the form will be send to an e-mailadress (which will store all forms into a document library).
Many thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Niels
